For owners, agents and builders

List your property

Fill this in, pay the verification fee, and a scout visits in person before it publishes.

You will need an account to send this. Fill it in first if you like — pressing either button takes you to sign-in and brings you back here, and nothing is charged until you apply for review.

Sale or rent

Everything below depends on this, so it is asked first.

Are you selling or letting?

The property

What you are listing. A scout confirms all of it on site.

Type

This decides which of the fields below apply to you.

Narrowed to residential sub-types. The list is maintained by 4Diwar and grows as new kinds of property appear.

What a seeker sees first. Plain and specific beats descriptive — “3 BHK in Koramangala 5th Block”.

0 for a studio.

The scout measures nothing — but they will flag a figure that is obviously wrong.

What a photograph will not tell them: the road, the water situation, why you are selling.

Price

What you are asking. Changing it later is free and never triggers another visit.

Where it is

Seekers see the locality. The scout needs the door.

This is the location seekers see and search on.

Door number, building, street. Used to send a scout and for nothing else — it is not returned by any public page or search result.

Approximate locationNever shown publicly

Drop a pin so the scout can navigate to the property. It only needs to be close, and it is optional.

No pin dropped

The location shown to seekers is not this one. It is captured by the scout’s phone while they are standing at the property, and that is the only coordinate 4Diwar ever publishes.

What it has

Claim what is there. The scout ticks each one off on site and corrects anything that is not.

Amenities

Claiming something that is not there does not fail the listing — the scout simply removes it, and the published listing shows what they found.

What's nearby

Distances a seeker cares about. The scout checks these on the visit like everything else.

Give only the ones you are sure about. A distance the scout cannot confirm is removed rather than published with a caveat — on this site every figure on a listing is one somebody checked.

Photographs

The step after this one.

You add photographs and floor plans once this is saved. They are not published straight away: our scout sees them at the property, adds their own, and tells us if any of them show somewhere else — then an admin picks the gallery. That is why the photographs on 4Diwar match the property.

Arranging the visit

The scout will ring this person directly to fix a time.

You, a tenant, a caretaker — whoever will actually open the door.

The single biggest cause of a rejected submission is a scout who could not get access.

The scout calls this number themselves — 4Diwar does not book a slot for you. If they cannot reach anyone after a few tries we will tell you, and the visit is rescheduled rather than quietly failing.

Before you send it

The cost and the process, next to the button rather than in front of the form.

Pricing is not set yet. It is fixed with the first launch city, and you will be shown the exact amount before anything is charged. The shape does not change: a one-time review fee that pays for the scout visit, then a monthly subscription for as long as you want the listing visible.

The fee pays for a person to travel to the property and stand in front of it. It does not buy placement — there is nothing on 4Diwar that moves a listing up the results.

A draft is private and costs nothing. The review fee is charged when you apply, and no scout is appointed before it clears.

How verification works

What happens after you apply

  1. You apply for review

Everything above, then the review fee. A draft costs nothing and can sit as long as you like — nothing is charged until you apply.

  2. We appoint a scout

An independent field scout is appointed to your property. You do not arrange this and neither does the scout — it is assigned.

  3. The scout verifies it

They go to the property, check what you wrote against what is there, correct anything that differs, photograph it, and capture the exact location on their phone while standing at it. Usually within two or three days.

  4. An admin approves it

Approve, ask for a revisit, or reject. A revisit usually means the scout could not get in — the most common reason a listing stalls.

  5. You pay the subscription, and it publishes

Dated with the day the scout stood there. Seekers see “Verified on that date”.

  6. It stays up while you pay

Stop paying and it is unpublished automatically. It is not deleted, and it goes back up when payment resumes. That rule is why this directory has no properties that sold months ago.

What 4Diwar does and does not do

Your address stays private.
Seekers see the locality and the coordinate the scout captured. The street address, your map pin and the visit contact are used to send a scout and are not returned by any public page.
You choose what seekers can contact you on.
Phone, WhatsApp, email, in any combination, set in Published details. 4Diwar can always reach you by notification email whatever you choose.
No commission, ever.
4Diwar is not a party to anything you agree with a buyer and never handles money moving between you.
Nothing can be bought to rank higher.
There is no featured slot and no boost. Results are relevance and freshness.
Changing the price is free.
A price change never triggers another scout visit. Changing what the property is — the area, the rooms, the amenities — does, because that is what was verified.
