1.What verification meansSettled
Every published listing was physically visited by an independent 4Diwar field scout on a stated date. The scout confirmed that the property exists, captured its location on site, and recorded the facilities as observed on that day.
That date is printed on the listing. It is a claim about a specific event that either happened or did not, which is what makes it checkable.
2.What verification does not meanSettled
4Diwar makes no claim about legal title, ownership, encumbrances, or approvals, and is not a party to any transaction. All legal and financial due diligence is the buyer’s own responsibility.
4Diwar does not guarantee continued accuracy after the verification date. A property can change hands, change price, or change condition between the scout’s visit and yours.
We do not value properties, advise on price, arrange finance, or check paperwork.
