What we collect, what we do not, and what happens to it.
This is placeholder wording. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer and is not in force. The final text will be published from the admin panel before launch. Paragraphs marked Settled are exceptions. Those are product commitments that will not change in review.
1.Browsing is not tracked to a personSettled
You do not need an account to browse, search, view an advertiser’s contact details, or contact them. No signup, no credentials, and no identity is collected in order to do any of it.
Contact taps are counted so we know which listings are getting interest. That count is anonymous: it records that a listing was contacted, never who contacted it.
An optional account exists only to add convenience: a shortlist, saved searches, and the properties you have looked at recently. Nothing about the directory is withheld from you if you never create one.
2.What advertisers give us
Placeholder: the two verified phone numbers, WhatsApp number, listing details and photographs an advertiser submits, and how long each is kept.
3.What is public
An advertiser’s name, role, and contact numbers appear on their listings, because reaching them is the point of the directory.

4.Scout evidence stays internalSettled
The photographs a scout takes as evidence, their submission record, and their identity are internal operational data. They are never published. Only media an admin has approved for a listing appears on the site.
