Terms & Conditions

What 4Diwar does, what it does not do, and what you agree to by using it.

This is placeholder wording. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer and is not in force. The final text will be published from the admin panel before launch. Paragraphs marked Settled are exceptions. Those are product commitments that will not change in review.

1.What 4Diwar is

4Diwar is a directory of property listings that have been visited in person by an independent field scout before publication. It is not a broker, not an estate agency, and not a transaction platform.

Placeholder: scope of service, eligibility, and account terms to be drafted.

2.No legal or transaction responsibilitySettled

4Diwar makes no claim about legal title, ownership, encumbrances, or approvals, and is not a party to any transaction. All legal and financial due diligence is the buyer’s own responsibility.

4Diwar takes no commission on anything you agree with an advertiser, and holds no money on behalf of either side.

3.Verification is a process claim, not a guaranteeSettled

A listing marked as verified was physically visited by an independent 4Diwar field scout on a stated date. Verification confirms the location and the stated amenities as observed on that date.

4Diwar does not guarantee continued accuracy after that date, does not verify legal title or ownership, and is not a party to any transaction between buyer and seller. A property can change hands, change price, or change condition between the scout’s visit and yours.

4.Advertiser obligations

Placeholder: accuracy of submitted information, ownership or authority to list, listing fees, subscription terms, and the consequences of a lapsed subscription.

5.Using the directory

Browsing, searching and contacting advertisers requires no account and collects no credentials.

Placeholder: acceptable use, scraping and automated access, and the consequences of misuse.

6.Reporting a problem with a listing

Placeholder: how to report an inaccurate or unavailable listing, what happens after a report, and expected response times.

7.Changes to these terms

Placeholder: notice period and how changes will be communicated.
