Lower pricing, and no cap on listings
Per-listing pricing is below the individual rate, and the listing limit that applies to a private owner does not apply to you. Every listing is still visited by a scout and still carries the verification fee. Exact prices are set with the first launch city.
All of your contact details are published
Phone, WhatsApp if you give one, and email appear on every listing you post. A private individual chooses which to show; an agent does not, because being reachable is the service.
You carry a rating
Your account has a public rating that seekers can see next to your listings. It belongs to the account, not to any one property.
No paid placement, for anyone
There is nothing to buy that moves a listing up the results. Ranking is relevance and freshness, and that does not change for agents.
Both a phone number and an email
An agent account needs both, verified, before a listing goes live. Registering verifies one of them — whichever you type above. You add the second in your account, and it takes a code and about a minute. WhatsApp is optional; give one and it is published like the rest.
